Offsite Solutions has an experienced management team who have worked in various complimentary sectors creating a balanced mix of construction experience, technical expertise, customer service and successful business management.
James Stephens LLB, LLM, IOSH - Group Managing Director
Following completion of his Masters in International Commercial Law & Business James subsequently spent 10 years as a solicitor in London with SJ Berwin and Jones Day, specialising in commercial and corporate finance. James is managing director of Offsite Solutions and another group company Deanestor plc. James is also a director of Dentalstyle Limited and all group subsidiary companies. James is responsible for the overall performance and advancement of the group companies. James recently won the Nottinghamshire Young Business Person of the year award for 2009, sponsored by KPMG and Nottinghamshire County Council.
Ken Browne – Commercial Director
After receiving a commission in the South African Defence Force Ken went on to study Industrial Engineering and Business Management at the University of Johannesburg and subsequently worked for a number of Global management consultancies, completing assignments in the USA, UK and South Africa. This was followed by a number of business turnaround assignments working directly for both private investors and corporate banks. Ken has been instrumental in managing the growth of Offsite Solutions over the last four years with special focus on developing the customer base.
Richard Tonkinson BSC (edin), MSI – Development Director
After graduation Richard spent 8 years in the city with Rothschilds, Williams de Broe and Citigroup/Solomon Smith Barney. Latterly Richard was head of UK Equity Brokerage at Citigroup sitting on key executive committees. Richard has experience in a wide range of commercial markets and has worked on numerous corporate transactions including: mergers, acquisitions, fund raisings and AIM admissions. As well as co-running a Venture Capital Fund Richard is a director of Deanestor plc, The INW Group Ltd and Markham Advisory Ltd.
Andrew Morris – Contractual & Technical Associate Director
With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, Andrew has held directorships and senior managerial positions within a number of market leading companies in the GRP sector. During this period, Andrew was Chairman of the National GRP Construction and Engineering Federation and has project-managed multi-million pound contracts at Disneyland Paris, Broadmoor Hospital and several train manufacturers including Bombardier Transportation. Andrew has extensive knowledge in the prefabricated bathroom pod industry and has been instrumental in the development and introduction of new materials, processes and innovative designs at the company.
Jason Tucker – Production & Site Works Associate Director
Jason has over 25 years experience in the GRP manufacturing industry and has been instrumental in the development of numerous different products for the public and private sectors. These include prison cells for the military and government, radar-masts for the air force, clean rooms for nuclear weapons facilities and various housings for the water and fire protection industry. Jason has been involved in the bathroom pod industry for the last 15 years and has had an influential role in developing the product range. Jason is responsible for the production and distribution of all bathroom pods across both facilities and also oversees the purchasing and site-works departments.
William Tonkinson BA (edin) CITB 5 Day – Non-Executive Director
After graduation from the University of Edinburgh William moved into the financial services industry. Following a period with Rothschilds William took up employment with the group companies and has been Managing Director of Dentalstyle since 2004, successfully developing it into the leading dental cabinetry manufacturer in the UK. William has been instrumental in the development of the product range and client base of Dentalstyle for the last 8 years. William sits on various executive committees across the group and is also Business Development Director of Deanestor Plc focusing on Deanestor’s growth within the Education sector. |
