Composite en-suite The Citi is a fully-equipped en-suite with a narrow, compact footprint and can be installed back to back for an extremely efficient use of space. Offsite Solutions, the UK offsite pod specialists, are market leaders in the design and manufacture of factory assembled en-suite bathroom and kitchen solutions for the UK and European construction industry.

The Citi is available with a choice of waterproof finishes including granite-effect finish, tile-effect walls/floors, dado and an option for two colours.
The floor of the main area is fitted with recessed vinyl floor covering, which enhances the appearance of the interior and provides a replaceable floor layer should it be required.
The Citi can be supplied with either a glass pivot door or a shower curtain, depending on preference.
The Citi features horizontal composite battens which are laminated into the external walls of the pod and to which adjustable vertical steel rails are attached.

This system has been developed by Offsite
Solutions to ensure that the pod can be dry-lined with
the minimum of inconvenience.
The central core of the unit complies with building regulations to provide an activity space of 800mm x
750mm in front of the toilet pan.
All services are accessed in a single area located at the
rear of the pod, apart from the thermostatic valve and
shower trap, which are accessed via secure entry panels
placed at strategic points within the pod walls and floor.
