The Civic is a high quality, cost-conscious solution. All the logistical benefits of a pod, with the familiar finishes of traditional construction.

Traditional construction techniques mean that the Civic is available in an enormous variety of interior finishes. Walls can be painted in any colour listed within the BS4800 or RAL colour range charts, with option for a dado rail. The walls and floor may be tiled, or an alternative waterproof flooring can be applied. Please contact our design team for information on the variety of colours and textures available.

High quality, interior fittings from leading manufacturers ensure all Civic pods perform excellently. The final dimensions of the pod can be adjusted to suit your development.

The Civic range features a zinc plated airframe superstructure, with an interior wall and ceiling lining of Gypsum fibreboard, surface coated so that additional plastering is not required. The floor substrate comprises a steel sub-frame, with 18mm board flooring which can be tiled or plastic coated. As an added benefit the unit can be delivered with wall cavity insulation. The exterior walls of the pod are supplied ready for dry lining by others.

The central core of the unit complies with building regulations to provide an activity space of 900mm x 750mm in front of the toilet pan.

All services run within the superstructure of the unit including waste pipe, pressure pipe and electrical services. General maintenance access points are reached through either the bath panel or the vanity unit’s removable shelf. Additional access panels can be made available if required.
