The Executive is our most luxurious bathroom, a beautifully specified and elegantly finished traditional en-suite with all the benefits of an offsite solution.

Luxuriously specified traditional en-suite bathrooms were installed in the prestigious White Swan development at Canary Wharf.

Traditional construction techniques and top specification mean that the Executive is available in an almost limitless variety of interior finishes. Walls can be painted in any colour listed within the BS4800 or RAL colour range charts, with option for a dado rail; or tiled to suit your requirements.

Premium quality interior fittings from leading manufacturers complete the luxury feel of the Executive en-suite. The final dimensions of the pod can be adjusted to suit your development. All Executive en-suites have fully tiled floors. There are a wide range of tiles available and our sales and design team can assist you in making the right choice.

The Executive range features a zinc plated airframe superstructure, with an interior wall and ceiling lining of Gypsum fibreboard, surface coated so that additional plastering is not required.

The floor substrate comprises a steel sub-frame, with 18mm board flooring which is then tiled. As an added benefit the unit can be delivered with wall cavity insulation. The exterior walls of the pod are supplied ready for dry lining by others.

The central core of the unit complies with building regulations to provide an activity space of 900mm x 750mm in front of the toilet pan.

All services run within the superstructure of the unit including waste pipe, pressure pipe and electrical services. General maintenance access points are reached through either the bath panel or the vanity unit’s removable shelf. Additional access panels can be made available if required.
